In Arizona and Utah there are these red Sandstone cliffs, and some of them, they look like there are a lot of rocks that just fell out and created little holes, or caves. And in some areas, the birds, when it was sheltered, would build their nests in it. So I, got some canvas and painted this painting, the holes are a lot of birds flying in, there were never this many, but as a painter I can exaggerate. It's a 30 x 24 and I painted it in 2006. Nature is a wonderful place, all kinds of weird things happen. Mother Nature is an excellent sculptor as well as a painter.
