People whom know me, personally, and some who know me only through my artistic endeavors, know I love Big Meadow, at the base of the California Sierra Mountains in the Sequoia National Forest. Why? Well its just so beautiful, so many trees, open spaces to simple walk around in marvel of nature at its rawest. This painting depics those very scenes, from times I spent out in the wilderness, camping with my friends for days on end. I spent a lot of time in the wilderness, and as such, it has become a main focus of my subjects in my artwork.
