In conversations, we were talking about the Gardens of Eden, how they would exist and how they became. So I went to the very beginning, creating little gardens in the mountains, and letting the waterfalls fill up the valleys below. I thought this was a good beginning, it could all get better, but the beginnings are always somewhat sparse. I did this in 1997, its 24 x 36, its oil on canvas. I just sort of did this to let the imagination run wild.
